We’re now scaling up our Email Marketing & Demand Generation efforts to drive deeper engagement and qualified leads from our B2B target audience.

We are currently using WoodPecker for email outreach and are seeking a dynamic Email Marketing Specialist / Digital Marketer to take our outreach strategy to the next level.

💼 Role Overview

You will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing email marketing strategies that drive engagement, brand visibility, and qualified responses from high-value B2B prospects. This role blends email automation, digital marketing, and content creation, with strong hands-on contributions in design, storytelling, and analytics.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✉️ Email Marketing & Automation

  • Design and manage cold email outreach campaigns using WoodPecker (and other platforms like Smartlead/Instantly if needed).
  • Work with SMTP relays (Amazon SES, Mailgun, etc.) to ensure high deliverability.
  • Conduct A/B testing, optimize subject lines, CTAs, and content to improve open and response rates.
  • Warm-up new domains, manage SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings, and monitor email reputation via Postmaster Tools.

🌐 Digital Marketing

  • Manage SEO, SEM, SMM, and SMO strategies to support inbound and outbound lead generation.
  • Coordinate landing pages and conversion funnels via WordPress.

📢 Content & Demand Generation

  • Craft compelling email sequences, newsletters, and campaign messages tailored to B2B tech buyers.
  • Work with the content team to create blogs, LinkedIn posts, infographics, and lead magnets.
  • Assist in preparing marketing presentations, case studies, brochures, and pitch decks.

🎨 Design & Visuals

  • Create basic marketing visuals and creatives using Canva.
  • Support marketing with branded templates for emails, PPTs, and social posts.

✅ Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B email marketing and digital marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with tools like WoodPecker, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Proficient in WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and basic SEO tools.
  • Experience working with SMTP relays, email domain warm-up, and email reputation tools.
  • Ability to write effective marketing content, email copy, and compelling CTAs.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, Google Ads, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Bonus if familiar with AI tools, HubSpot, or marketing automation platforms.
