The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, strategically-minded Content Strategy & Growth Intern to help us dominate the “Clinical Ops” conversation. You won’t just be “writing blogs”; you will be building a brand that the world’s leading Pharma and Biotech executives trust.

Your Responsibilities

  • LinkedIn Authority Building: Design and draft high-impact LinkedIn carousels, “scroll-stopper” hooks, and thought-leadership posts for our executive team.
  • Trust & Evidence Creation: Help transform raw data into “Outcome Reports” and deep-dive case studies that prove our ROI to Top 20 Pharma sponsors.
  • Outreach Strategy: Write personalized, value-driven email sequences and LinkedIn outreach scripts that solve real bottlenecks for Clinical Ops leaders.
  • Industry Benchmarking: Assist in gathering data for our “Annual State of Clinical Trial Operations” reports.
  • Content Repurposing: Take long-form webinars and “atomize” them into short-form videos, infographics, and glossary entries.
  • AI-Optimization: Ensure our content is structured to be the top “suggested source” when users ask LLMs (ChatGPT/Gemini) about clinical trial budgeting.

The Art of Content Engineering (Mandatory Skills)

At Mushroom Solutions, we don’t settle for “good enough.” We require a high level of technical writing proficiency:

  • Grammar & Syntax Mastery: Flawless command over grammar with a rigorous final-check process.
  • Voice Control: Expert ability to pivot between Passive and Active voice to drive authority and momentum.
  • Readability Optimization: Application of Flesch-Kincaid rules—ensuring complex clinical topics are accessible without losing professional depth.
  • The “Humanization” Pass: Every piece of content must undergo a manual edit to ensure it resonates emotionally and intellectually with human readers.
  • Zero-Plagiarism Guarantee: Absolute integrity in sourcing; zero tolerance for uncredited or copied work.
  • Anti-AI Pattern Detection: Ability to identify and strip away “AI-isms” (e.g., overused transition words like “delve,” “unlocking,” or “tapestry”) to ensure our brand remains authentic and distinct.

Advanced AI Proficiency

We expect you to be a “Power User” of modern AI tools, not just a casual prompter. You should be proficient in:

  • Multi-Model Orchestration: Knowing when to use Google Gemini for research, Claude AI for creative nuance, ChatGPT for logic/structure, and Perplexity for real-time sourcing.
  • Prompt Engineering: Ability to build complex system prompts that maintain our specific brand persona and industry-specific vocabulary.

  • Visual Thinkers: Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.

  • Background in Biology, Life Sciences, or Health Administration.
  • Experience with CRM/Sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
